订阅管理与退款都在 Apple 一侧:退订走 apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions,退款走 reportaproblem.apple.com。

Questions, bugs and feature requests: we reply as soon as we can. Content reports are handled ahead of other mail (see section 2). Privacy requests: within 15 business days.

1. Frequently asked

Do I need an account?

No. Scoring, workout recording, the check-in calendar, the gear locker and the racket advisor all work fully without signing in. An account only adds two things: appearing on the leaderboard, and syncing your history to the cloud so you can restore it on a new device.

Can I use it without an Apple Watch?

Yes. The watch records automatically (duration, swing count, forehand/backhand split, heart rate). Without one, you can add sessions manually on iPhone, or import existing tennis workouts from the Health app.

What about matches I played before installing the app?

They count. Use Import from Health — it finds tennis workouts already in the Health app and de-duplicates them, so your playing history starts from the day you actually started. Imported sessions show as "Tennis Court" until you set the real court in the session detail.

Will I lose data when I switch phones?

No. Without an account, data syncs across your own devices through Apple's iCloud, in a private database under your Apple Account that we cannot read. With a Terava account, your history is also synced to our server and restored when you sign in on the new device.

Where do heart rate and calories go?

They stay in your Health app and are read live by the session detail screen. Neither is written to iCloud, and neither is uploaded to our server. That is deliberate, not an oversight.

How do I turn off usage statistics?

Profile → Privacy → Anonymous usage statistics. Turning it off stops collection immediately and clears anything not yet sent. The same screen lists exactly what is collected (launch counts and dates, screen views and feature taps, one randomly generated install identifier) and what never is (health data such as heart rate and calories, court names and location, identity such as nickname, email or photo).

How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?

Tap Restore Purchases on the Pro screen and sign in with the same Apple Account. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled entirely by Apple; we never see or store payment details.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Both are handled by Apple: cancel at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but if the app caused the problem, write to us and we will help you explain it to Apple.

How do I delete my account and my data?

Profile → Account → Delete Account. Everything tied to that account on our server — profile, photo file, leaderboard results, synced history and usage statistics — is deleted, and the app's authorization for your Apple Account is revoked. See section 7 of the Privacy Policy.

2. Reporting objectionable content

The leaderboard shows other users' nicknames, profile photos and self-reported NTRP ratings. Both are screened automatically when submitted, but automated screening is never perfect. If you see something offensive, infringing, or otherwise against the Terms of Service, please report it.

How to report: email linyumingpm@gmail.com with "content report" in the subject.
Please include the nickname, where you saw it (e.g. "weekly leaderboard, rank 12"), a screenshot, and why you are reporting it.

How we handle reports: content reports are handled ahead of other mail and reviewed as quickly as we can. For confirmed violations we clear the offending nickname and photo, which removes them from the leaderboard; for repeated violations we reserve the right to terminate the account under the Terms of Service. We reply to the reporter with the outcome.

Prohibited content is listed in the Terms of Service, and includes unlawful content, abuse and personal attacks, sexual or vulgar material, impersonation, advertising, and images that infringe others' rights.

3. Bugs and feature requests

Write to linyumingpm@gmail.com. For bugs, these details help a lot:

Feature requests are welcome too — this app is built by one person, and your feedback gets read properly.

4. Privacy and data

The full account is in the Privacy Policy. In short: the app works fully without an account; your session data lives on your own device and in your own iCloud by default; there are no third-party SDKs, no ads, and no cross-app tracking.
